Return/Refund Policy

Within 14 days after delivery, you may return new, unused merchandise in its original condition.  Exceptions and restrictions apply.  If the merchandise sent was HIP Ware’s error (i.e., wrong size or merchandise), we will pay the return postage and remit the correct order.  If the order is returned for any other reason, the customer is responsible for shipping and handling.

All return orders must have a Return Certificate Number (RCN) which is assigned by a representative at HIP Ware. To obtain an RCN, please contact us by e-mail at returns@historicalpieces.com. Please include your name and phone number.
